Van Hire Requirements
Before hiring a van from Bar Garages Ltd, the nominated driver must meet the following criteria:
✔ Age between 23-75 with a full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years.
✔ Maximum of 6 penalty points – For other endorsements, contact us beforehand.
✔ Two proofs of address (dated within the last 3 months – e.g., utility bills, bank statements).
✔ A debit/credit card is required for payment – cash payments are not accepted.
✔ "Share My Licence" code or National Insurance number for DVLA checks.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not currently hiring vehicles for travel to Scotland.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show, we charge one day's rental fee.
